How to make Blueberry Gummies

bluberryI don’t know anyone around me who can resist the temptation of having a fresh and juicy Blueberry gummy candy. Well, did I say a Blueberry gummy? After having my recipe of Blueberry gummies, no one can stop themselves from having the gummies non-stop.

I love this candy as there is fresh blueberry inside the candy. The fresh blueberry taste makes me joyful and the look of these blueberry gummies promote these candies from the regular gummy candy recipe. A candy mold that is quite deep is essential for preparing blueberry candies. These Blueberry Gummies have a semi-soft texture that once comes in contact with your tongue sends an authentic refreshing essence down your throat.

Ingredients:
Fresh blueberries
1.3-oz package blue flavored gelatin
1.25-oz package unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup cold water
1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

  • Prepare your candy mold by gently wiping it and pouring a small amount of oil in it.
  • Put water in a saucepan. Add the gelatin sachets on top, and set it aside for 15 minutes in order to let the water hydrate the gelatin.
  • Keep the saucepan over medium-low temperature to liquefy the gelatin and mix until it is totally smooth and dissolved.
  • After the gelatin is completely dissolved, pour it onto the prepared candy mold cavities. Lightly set a blueberry in the middle of each cavity.
  • Put the cavity in the freezer for about 10 minutes to firm up the gelatin. When this is being done, mix the sweet condensed milk into the left over gelatin in the mixing cup to convert it an opaque blue color.
  • Pour the opaque gelatin onto the first layer of candy mold and then again freeze the candies.
  • Once the candies are set, draw the gummies out of the mold and serve it. Carefully store it in an air-tight container.

Try this recipe, and I assure you that you will develop an addiction towards it.
