Apple candy is a classic treat enjoyed in all seasons. I recall my childhood when my grandpa use to give me apple candy by saying: “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
So, I used to quickly gulp them down one after another. Preparing apple candy was a fun project for my mother and grandma. Many people will agree with me on this that apple candy is an all time favorite.
I am nuts about the mouth-watering apple candy even today. Apple candy tastes yummy, trust me on this and try it once to make it your beloved candy forever!

1 cup finely cut fresh apples Powdered sugar 1 cup thickly chopped walnuts 1 tbsp rose flower water 1 cup cold water 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin 2 cups granulated sugar 5 tbsp apple liquid
- Apply butter to an 8-inch square pan and keep it aside.
- Take a large saucepan over medium temperature and put in chopped apples and sufficient water to cover up apples by 1inch. Boil for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Then turn the heat to low flame and heat for another 30 minutes. After heating for 30 minutes, remove it from heat.
